Weeklong: 5th to 11th October (non-residential Meditation Retreat)
Each day will include: yoga (6:30am-7:30am); morning meditation practice 8:30am start; hot vegetarian meal; afternoon meditation practice; supper break; evening reflections and practice 6 – 7:30pm.
