Coming home to the heart
In this one-day workshop we will explore each of the four heart meditation practices of kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity, to strengthen our natural resilience and our capacity to meet life's challenges with more happiness and ease.
The day will include both silent and guided sitting and walking meditation, plus some dyad (pairs) practice and group meetings with the teacher.
This retreat is best suited to people who already have some familiarity with mindfulness and/or insight meditation practice.
