Being here and now:
Daylong Retreat: Saturday 13 June 2020
Online @ Kihikihi Meditation & Yoga zoom room
This online daylong retreat is offered to support your ongoing deepening into presence with what is here and now. Meeting your direct experience is potent medicine to meet stress and uncertainty. It allows insight into reality to arise.
The day will focus on an attuned approach to meditation and on-going experience – just as it is
Enhanced awareness of the breath and body establishes mindfulness in the present moment. It helps us come out of the stress of mental proliferation and we develop the capacity to meet our direct experience.
We recognise how we can either struggle or be in a wise relationship with ‘the way it is.’ This process leads to insight and brings deep peace in its wake. This is more than just the peace of relaxation or calm - also a benefit of breath meditation - it is the peace of insight into ‘Dhamma’ or Reality.
Retreat Context:
A flow between time spent in a zoom room together, and practice in your own space.
Over the day we will offer meditation instructions, Dhamma reflections & Q&A
All are welcome – those new to meditation as well as those who are experienced.
Please email us at Kihikihi.meditation.yoga@gmail.com to indicate your interest and we will send you a link to the zoom room.
